Well done!! Have you got proper running shoes measured for gait? Honestly it’s the way forward they have saved my knees and everything else. Gait analysis is the way forward

It might be an idea to go and get a gait analysis done if you haven’t already. You might be wearing trainers that are comfy enough for walking, but now that you’re running for longer they’re not appropriate for your running gait. Definitely worth a check. 👍
