Hey mamakaz! week 6 was the worst for me. You've completed the 25 min run WOOP!! week 7 is just 3 of the same. you've done it, you can do it again, and again, and again. it's cool, you've got this. by the end of the week you'll be wondering what the fuss was about. and you'll be thinking that the full thirty is entirely achievable. just do what you did today :) :)

Great job. Now is about using what you have there, and building on it... the next three runs will build your strength real quickly. Just keep going slow and steady and you’ll be at the end of week 9 before you know it.

I will be finishing W6 on Sunday

Here’s the main thing Mamakaz, you ran for 25 minutes and didn’t give up. Mind over matter. 👏👏 Very well done you. 👍

And W7 is no different, just 3 more runs exactly the same, so you already know you’ve got them in the bag! Any gremlins that show up, tell them where to go, slay them and slow yourself down. Sorted!

Good luck! You’ll be totally fine. 😀😀

Change your mental approach.

If you're not looking forward to next week, then there is something wrong.

You want to run for thirty minutes, presumably, or you would not have started, so be positive and excited about closing in on your target.

If it is physically difficult, do yourself a favour and slow down. It should not be torture, otherwise you will not stick with running after graduation.

This might help healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Relax and enjoy yourself.

Just finished week 7 and you have nothing to worry about. Like all above have said you've done it already so you can do it, it's more of the same. Just take it steady and you'll consolidate what you have done already. Unlike other weeks there is no jump here ;)

Not what you're looking for?
