Now, I love a drop of vino, but I have noticed that if I have more than 2 glasses, my morning run feels a little harder. And as tough as it is (I mean, I LOVE wine), I am cutting down a lot, because I love running more! Never, ever thought I would hear myself saying that! Not giving up, but choosing to not drink anything the night before a run. Makes a massive difference.
