W4R2 out of the way.... I had to double check I hadn't skipped a week, seemed like a big jump to five minutes...

Wanted to stop a couple of times but didn't. I am so out of breath...

Today's run was around our friend who we are visiting a farm,so a bit more off road running (is that what it's called, sorry I'm new to this)

Hoping the last one this week will be easier.

Good job... keep on going, you couldn’t have done this 3 weeks ago! It’s challenging for a while, but just look at the speed the fitness rises!

I think you are doing very well DMD, week 4 is a bit complex with all the various run🏃 times and walks🚶. I am sure that you will feel much less tired after you run the third run of week 4 as long as you don't go to fast.😊🏃

The 1st run I found fair easy... But went quickly down hill after that...
