Mental issue... I'm beginning to enjoy this ... did the 2nd run of week 4, had Michael along with me instead of Jo Wiley, and it went well, I'm not out of breath or stuggling with the short recovery times ... things just seem to be flowing nicely.
The heat here is not conducive to running outdoors, so I'm making good use of the Gym, and the bit of air-con that there is.
Will be home on Sunday, in time to finish Week 4, at my home town Gym, will be good to see if the heat has made the running harder, certainly lost more fluids while I've been over here ...
Hope my friend has been able to do another run on W4 too ...ππ

Do remember that it will be tougher outside, but you are at the stage where the mental attitude becomes of greater importance, so it sounds like you are in a good place.
Saturdays are a scheduled run day but both me and running buddy can't fit a run in today. So my compression tights will be taking their maiden voyage tomorrow for R2 π€ I think my hips and knees are thankful for an extra rest day π³
