I’m so surprised to be feeling strong this week. Not so sure when I look at W 5 though. Seems like a huge step up. Any thoughts? 😅

Trust the plan and my top tip is, and this is the only place this works, don’t look forwards... look backwards! Think how impossible what you are doing now was 4 weeks ago. That’s how much stronger you are... you’ll be more than ready to deal with it.

I've just run w4r3. Looked at week 5. The first run is technically less running overall - 15min rather than 16min - and we can do 5min runs by now, so I reckon we'll be fine!
