I’m sat here still trying to process that I actually got through this run. I’m not going to lie it was hard my head told me from the off that I could not do it and at certain points I did think this one was going to beat me ... but I reminded myself of all the encouragement and advice from you lovely bunch of people
This groups makes a huge difference to my journey so thank you everyone for sharing

Great job... what a difference in 5 weeks. That knee certainly isn’t Bambi any more, here’s hoping it continues to behave. Week 6 has a tricky start, but slow and steady and you’ll ace it.
I feel like a different person in 5 weeks I just ordered a running jacket who am I ? 😂 I’ve read a lot that wk 6 is trickier then it looks so slow and steady it is Thank you 😊

Honestly I’ve been thinking about it well dreading it all week too ! Absolutely go us 💪🏻😊 if we can run for 20 minutes we are already 2/3 of the way there graduation here we come 🏃♀️
