I am totally buzzing --- only gone and done it Just completed the biggest one so far ... the legendary 20 min run . Very long day at work - home at 9 pm but still excited to pull on my trainers and running gear and join all you lovely people I have read about today who completed this run .
Grinning from ear to ear , may have a celebratory G & T πΈafter my shower . π€π€π€π€π€π€π€

You will - I thought the same 6 wks ago I made every excuse under the sun before starting - found wk 1 so hard but here I am .... and you will be too . Mental as well as physical challenge this one π
Yessssss!!!! Brilliant!!! Well done!!!! I completed this run today too and I've felt ecstatic all day!!!!!! You should be so proud of yourself because this is a mentally challenging run...physically too, but mostly mentally.......I have kept remembering all day that Im actually on WEEK 6!!!?!?!? How did that happen????? Congratulations to you...keep posting, we might be on that podium together??!!!!!!!!!!
A very well deserved glass of vino - cheers fellow runners π₯
We will ( everything crossed ) graduate together - I am going to Greek island next weekend - taking trainers and hoping I can continue but worried about the heat alittle - will have to be early mornings I think maybe every 3 rd day x
Phew, I'm already worried about the heat for you!!!! See how you go & yes, early mornings will be the best time but running along a beach? Well, there's no comparison.....enjoy your holiday runs & let us know how you get on!!!!
I will do - going to be sensible if too hot but determined not to loose this hard work ... Away for 10 days so able to do runs the night before I fly and the evening we arrive home . Do that's 3 or 4 runs whilst there . I so can do that I'm sure π
YAY that's fab, well done to you..doesn't it give you such a buzz?? π€π It made me wanna jog in the shower haha ππ Hope you enjoyed a G & T after x
