week 7 run 3

weather forecast is appalling .. I woke early for me and realised that although it was raining the wind was OK. Managed to do my 25 minutes and got back just as the rain doubled in strength. Gales expected in an hour!

Good on you Oldpurple, a dedicated runner!! l have a choice either to run tomorrow or Monday. Unlike you, will see what the weathers like (guess that makes me a fair weather runner 🤣🤣) Hope your now warm & dry. 👍🏻

I'm a fairly fair weather runner .. tomorrow is better but then it throws next week's schedule as I can't manage 2 days on the trot.

Glad your not doing 2 days on the trot as it’s not advised. The runs shall be there what ever the weather, so l may bite the bullet & go. Hoping to finish week9r3 with a park run. If l run Sunday l will have 3 runs before that decision 😱

Doesn’t matter what speed you go ( I’m between a 🐌&🐢)it’s about completing the run!! To much pressure other wise. Happy running & stay dry!!👍🏻
