Week 7 Run 3

Was hoping this run would have felt more comfortable than the previous 2 but disappointingly it didnt.

I suffer with low iron and have B12 injections and right now it's the wrong time of the month so I'm thinking if my energy levels are low its probably to do with that

Anyway, I did it. The field I run on was as always beautiful and peaceful, it's becoming 'my field' 😁 I just love it there and cant imagine running anywhere else

Week 7 completed πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ😊

Well done, you battled through.........that is what makes a runner.

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

Watching your field change through the seasons will provide a whole new appreciation of life.

Keep running, keep smiling.

For the first time this week I've noticed a difference on the feild. September brings a different feel. It's now cooler at 8am then it was mid August and damp under foot. I think I'll look forward to noticing the change in seasons

Well done for persevering and getting it DONE βœ… WK7! πŸ‘‹πŸΌ

I feel like that with my route, it’s my turf ☺️ Makes this experience that little bit more lovely having somewhere comfortable and beautiful to run. Good luck with WK8!

Isnt it just 😊

I see the same dog walkers on different days, seeing a change in the seasons, that is all very comforting which I hadn't realised before

Congratulations. It’s hard enough to run without health issues. You’re an absolute star to conquer a low iron problem. Well done!

Theres worse things to have but I certainly notice a knackeredness about me when I'm due my next injection. 🀣

Its defo become my place 😊

My restful Saturday is a gin tour of a local distillery with my beautiful sister and our husbands. I think I've earned a gin or 2 🍹😁

Week 8! Say it loud and proud! It’s amazing! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Reading that you have injections and are low on iron just makes you all the more awesome doesn’t it! πŸ’ͺ

Well done for completing though! Low iron is debilitating I know but it may just be about listening to your body at times you're due an injection. Maybe explore this with your GP?

You are doing brilliantly though!

Thank you

I've been having injections for a few years now and unfortunately I've never been offered any advice on how to manage the problem. I see a nurse and I'm in and out super quick and now they want me to inject myself at home 😳

Oh dear. At least once you've had the injection you will have more energy. You are almost at the end of the programme and can choose the runs which suit you once you graduate.

Whilst on my run today I was thinking 'will I regularly run for 30 minutes once I graduate '

I'd like to think I would, although today I thought no !!
