Hi, I'm in the same boat! Just did W5 run 2. Aiming for run 3 on Sunday morning! From what I've read on people's posts, I think it's best to just go for it! Good luck!

Yep!! Go for it. Really slowly. If you try it and find it really is a bit much, just repeat the week. Nothing to lose!! Good luck.

Go for it! This was my the only run I actually had to repeat, partly because I doubted myself and partly because it was during a heatwave. Believe in the plan, you are ready! 😀

Yes I think you should go for the 20 minute run of week 5, no need to repeat run 2, just take the run at a slow jogging pace and at the end of the run you will be eleted for what you have done 😀 🏃

Okay, read this healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You absolutely can do this, so practice grinning now, otherwise it may hurt when you grin for a week.

Good job.

Your body CAN do 20... if your mind let’s it. Trust the programme and believe in yourself, keep the pace down and you WILL do it.

You’re so gonna love the feeling at the finish too.

Don't even think about repeating run 2 until you've had a go at run 3. Who knows, you may be like just about everyone else who's done C25K and find that hell yes, you can do it!

Take it slow...and slower still and sooner than you can believe now...we will be reading your "I DID IT! 😀" report.☺

Trust me and trust the programme on this. :)

It's totally doable 😁 I just did W5R3 this evening and still grinning like an idiot. I took it nice and slow from the outset. I was surprised when Sarah told me I had run for ten minutes, the next 5 I slowed a little more, I found it more of a mental issue and was telling Sarah to give me the next time check 🙃. The last two minutes went really quickly 👍

So give it a go. Your body can do this, the programme has prepared you. Just be ready for any mental gremlins that will try and persuade you to stop.

You CAN do this 👍💪🏃‍♀️

It’s more than possible. Believe in the plan and yourself. You can do it! 🙂

Trust your body and go as slowly as you can, you can always speed up towards the end if you have an ounce of energy left. You’ll feel fabulous when you’ve done it. Good luck! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
