You'll be fine. We all felt like that, and then we do it. Just don't try to go too fast.
I was in the same boat last weekend. Very anxious about it. How did you find the other 2 runs?
The 20 min run is completely doable if you managed the other 2 runs. The key is keep it slow and steady all the way. I also ran on a flat promenade by the sea which was perfect.
I did the two mins today! I used a new route and struggled to be honest although I was running into wind and was slight inclined ( I thought it was flat) looks it when I drive over anyway haha

No just week 5 run 2. It has the two 8 min runs
😅 I usually run in a park and there’s one incline in the loop. I would suggest finding somewhere flat and where you won’t get interrupted by crossing roads etc. Start at a jogging pace and carry it on. Tbh the 1st 10 mins is fine and goes quickly! Bit of hard work after that but then you’re on the homerun with the last 5 mins. 😬
You’ll surprise yourself Tallica, I did mine today. It wasn’t easy but I coped and you will too 😊
W5R2 is 16 minutes of running, 5 minutes of brisk walking, total 21 minutes. Next workout is only 20 minutes........... nothing to worry about.
Just go nice and slow and you will be fine.
