Move on to W2r1 and give it your best shot. You'll most likely surprise yourself, but if you don't quite manage it, then let us know here, tell us what you think the issues were and we'll give you advice and guidance. You won't have 'failed'. We don't use that word here: we'll call it a 'test run' or an exploratory run.

You can do this.
Do it... because YOU CAN!!
And however slow you are running right now.... run even slower than that!
Slow and steady is often the advice on here and they're completely right. Having a go is better than not trying at all. If you don't manage it the first time round, give yourself a day off and then try again. You will probably surprise yourself and manage it just fine - this programme has a habit of doing that. The sense of achievement you'll have once you're done too will be worth it. Good luck!
I always get nervous starting a new week. I start week 8 tomorrow. Today I'm looking forward to it - tomorrow I'll be arrggghhhh 🙄 Then I'll do it and I'll feel great.
I echo what everyone else has said. Take it really slow and steady and you will be absolutely fine.... honest 😊

Take it steady and take it slow.. try to relax and just go gently. You will do this and we will be right there beside you!
Exactly how I felt at the end of weeks 1, 2, 3, and 4. Always managed the run I had been worrying about. The programme is magic.
But beware week 6. It's not as easy as you think. Week 2? If you've done week 1 you will be absolutely fine.
