My first day of week two is scheduled for tomorrow and I'm more than a little nervous. I'm so unfit and struggled a little with week one another 30 seconds each run seems a little daunting.
Determined to do it though xx

Well done on starting C25k and for completing week 1 !! Best of luck with week 2, keep it slow and steady !! Keep us posted with your progress ! x
Just give it a try. The programme builds you up gradually. If you can't manage it, no worries, just try again the next time.
Good luck!
grit your teeth and go go go!!
Bless u! We were all very worried about each new week and yet we did it. The programme is designed to slowly build your fitness but also your confidence so u can do the run times. Remember, you can always reduce speed if you need to run for longer, that helped me
Good! That's the spirit. As long as you go nice and steady you'll be fine. Going slower gives you more breathing space. Enjoy yourself. This is fun! You might not be fit yet but it's early days. You'll find yourself getting fitter as the weeks progress. Have faith in the program and yourself. You can do this!
Thank you all for your support, encouragement & advice xx much appreciated
Your determination will see you through. Just go slow and you'll get there! Well done for starting the programme
You will do it. Keep it nice and slow. At the beginning I could walk faster than I ran!!!
You can do it I never thought I'd do it but I'm on wk 2 day 2 we can all do it
Hi, I have just completed week 2 and I found it easier in a way than week 1. Week 1 I really struggled!
Week 2 I have found that another thirty seconds actually didn't make all that much difference but I wasn't hurting like I was in week 1.
Good luck!
Give it a go to week 2 and if it is too much, you can go back to repeat week one as many times until you feel physically ready to move on. I repeated some of the weeks several times and now I am on week 8. Sometimes it is also a mental challenge rather than a physical one so don't feel nervous, you can do it. Good luck!
