I did not like it. It was mean! I thought my days of being puce faced and nauseous were over! Alas this run disabused those delusions. I don’t think I can possibly slow down any further, I could actually be mistaken for a piece of luggage circling an airport conveyor belt collection thing.
Positive note: (because you should always end on a happy thought) I did not suffer the stitch Michael kept threatening me with and I completed it.

There are many different lessons to learn along the way, one is that some runs will be shitty but with a bit of determination and the knowledge that you've got through them before you will do it.
Ahh the dreaded second run in the week! it's one I always seem to struggle with this early on. I'm facing it on Friday morning.
Well done completing it!!! You definitely are amazing!
Yep considering where I started I'm definitely amazed I managed not one but two 5 minute runs! and those pesky 3 minute ones scattered in there. Even the better half who's had it easier up to now found it a trial today. Good days and bad days I guess
#notthatyouhavefavourites 🤣😂🤣 no my athlete brother asked if he could run with me one day...I mostly think it’s to prove I’m not just sat on the sofa anymore. The Boy trains 7 days a week he cannot see me run!!! We are on polar opposites of the fitness spectrum! I’m a colossal blimp and he plays national 1 rugby and goes on international tours. It’s enough to scare me back to the couch. Not even lying. I can’t be a sweaty mess next to him and die after my interval training when he could run through the lot and not make a sweat. #inferiorsiblingcomplex
In which case you are remarkably lucky, closest I go to action films is the last ship and that is a tv series I have no guilt about watching...#showingmyage
Ha I use tree markers when I have to get up a hill as my stopping points.
Your dog is mean, when I’m allowed a puppy (Duck won’t let me have one until we move into a downstairs flat ((currently an upstairs Tyneside flat)) which I resent because othe people have puppy’s) it will be the laziest puppy and will make me look fit as hell. I should probably clarify all dogs are puppies regardless of age and very clearly it would be a shelter puppy. No puppy will put us to shame when we are done!
If you are in the newcastle area you are welcome to join our struggle😃
Hahaha 😊! Congratulations and well done for completing it. I did week 4 run 3 today and it was definitely easier than the 1st run! Keep going 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
