Just completed week 5, run 3. Now i'm one of those people who thought '20 mins in 5 weeks??! NEVER having run before?! that's bonkers!!!' So i set off today more out of curiosity than anything else. Beforehand, i thought it would get steadily worse as each minute ticked by, but it really didn't. Any of you lovely people who have got this run to come and are worrying, please don't.
