Couch to 5K

Week 5, run 3

Just completed week 5, run 3. Now i'm one of those people who thought '20 mins in 5 weeks??! NEVER having run before?! that's bonkers!!!' So i set off today more out of curiosity than anything else. Beforehand, i thought it would get steadily worse as each minute ticked by, but it really didn't. Any of you lovely people who have got this run to come and are worrying, please don't. Give it a whirl, you'll surprise yourself!

Just finished Week 4, run 3 last night and now seeing that 20 minute run looming at the end of Week 5 - terrifying. Glad to hear you made through!

Well done you!!! I did this run on Tuesday, the last 5 mins was the worst but I stayed focused and loved Laura's comment at the end of the podcast "let's up the pace for the last minute and end on a high". Definately did!! Can't believe I did this, looking forward to my next run now....:)
