🎉 🙌🏻 I’ve completed week 1 whoooooooooooo
Didn’t document run 2 on Monday as I left late.... can set your watch by my husband usually, but as he didn’t have to get up so early he didn’t set his 6am alarm making me 15 mins late leaving (rookie error I have my own alarm set)... miss lazy said let’s not bother, you don’t have time but I gave her a slap and off we went! Really good run and actually started to enjoy it, must have been the new playlist.
Today was a different matter, was not organised last night ready for this morning so decided that Thursday morning would be my run day... till I got home and talked myself into going out tonight... I’ve discovered I’m not an evening runner! My pace was slow and I was out of breath (yes on week one).
Lucky I saw other runners out who looked as knackered as I felt, which lifted my mood and I started to enjoy it, again it might have been the new playlist.
I did complete the run a few feet from where I did before, so I’ve put it down too warm for me for running.
Roll on Saturday morning, can’t wait for week 2 😊
