Week 5 done!!!

Am doing post run stretches - still got stiff legs though! Any suggestions??

Well done.

I shake my calf muscles a lot on rest days and rarely sit for more than an hour. Also foam rollers on the muscles are good for loosening the stuff (forget the name of it) that your muscles are wrapped in... as does massage.
