Well done to you for running π πwhat is the third 25 minute run of C25K, 1 more 25 minute run to go then on week 8 you have three 28 minute runs to complete. You can do it, onwards and upwards.

Well done. If you were running a route normally driven, it is an eye opener to see how motoring flattens routes! Hills are good for you, they must be, they hurt!
