Still aching from Wednesday - said to my hubby - can't do it, hubby said try half of it - it will stop your legs from aching .... started it - finished the full run/walk! And the last two runs were uphill!

Don't say that hahhaha - it saves him walking the dog! Definitely felt easier once I started this morning

Amazing. I am aching a bit today. I scheduled my w1r2 for Monday to give myself a recovery slot 😂 I will be staying on the flat if at all possible!!

Brilliant!

And uphill too!! That makes it more than twice as hard in my opinion 😀

See husbands do occasionally know what they are talking about. Not often - but sometimes.

Do they?? 🤣🤣🤣

Congratulations on your 2nd run. Just goes to show what alittle determination and encouragement can do.

I've got my 2nd run tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it.

Keep up the good work!

Well done :) I'm on week 4 run 3 and did nt in a million years think I'd get so far . Keep to the flat until you feel fit enough to tackle hills , I went on a hillier route wk4 run 1 and as I could nt complete the last 90 secs or so , I felt very low and fed up as if I failed ! Got lots of support on here then run 2 on the flat completed :) keep it up the aches and pains will pass , I have succumbed to an elastic bandage on my knee as it twinges !!
