Well I’ve completed the first week and I can’t quite believe it. Still hating the sixty second runs and still can’t believe I will ever be able to run any longer than that or enjoy it. I do enjoy the feeling of achievement when I e done it though. Here’s to Week 2!

Good job. Week 2 is longer runs... but there’s less of them... I found forgetting how long they were and counting them down in my head really helped.

Well done.
Try slowing down. Pushing yourself physically is an acquired taste and if you are not enjoying it at present, take your foot off the gas. It won't decrease the effect on your body but will be a whole lot more palatable.
