Hi! Week 1, day 1 just completed.

I’m very overweight and it was so hard but I feel fantastic.

Actually looking forward to day 2.

I forgot how exercise can make you feel good. 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Keep going! My first run I struggled like never before ..... now I’m just about to start WK7, the run walk run intervals are hard but it does get easier!!

My advise, don’t keep watching the clock, keep your head up (don’t look at the floor) and focus on a point in the distance and reaching that point when running - you WILL get there!

Well done to you! Im on week 2 and relatively fit and found the first run quite a challenge so for youreslf it’s a really big win - amazing and keep going - ignore the voice of doubt and excuse and β€˜Nike’ (just do it) πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
