Keep going! My first run I struggled like never before ..... now Iβm just about to start WK7, the run walk run intervals are hard but it does get easier!!
My advise, donβt keep watching the clock, keep your head up (donβt look at the floor) and focus on a point in the distance and reaching that point when running - you WILL get there!
