I can’t believe it but I just finished DAY 1 run! I feel amazing. I am doing this for my anxiety and depression. I have opted to make lifestyle changes as a first step to regain my life back. I also have some baby weight to lose as well. I feel empowered.

You've already completed the 2 most difficult things about this programme: 1 - you've got your kit on and left the house, and 2 - you completed week 1 day 1, which many people agree is the toughest of the whole programme.
