It varies, you will get used to running, take all your runs slow and steady 🏃.

I nearly gave up after being unable to complete the first session. Just take it malice and steady and pace yourself. I've now just finished week 3 and I haven't once been as done in as I was after that abortive first attempt! Stock with it, you can do it

Think you’re maybe pushing yourself a bit hard. Embrace your inner snail, as they say around here ! It takes time to build up stamina. You can do this ! Happy running 😀

It gets easier I never thought I would be running for 20mins non stop in 5 weeks but did this morning ....go for it nffcgriff
Thanks mate. Unfortunately I’ve got an infection on the back of my thigh so it’s put me out of action but I will be back.
