W5R3! OMG - !

20 mins. Must confess it seemed like a huge leap but it was actually easier than I thought. Not (repeat NOT) because I’m fit (5’10” and 15st) But because of the rhythm. 20 mins doesn’t seem as bad as I thought because I didn’t have to keep breaking for the walks. Maybe there’s hope for me yet 🤗. Huge respect to anyone and everyone who’s made it this far. You are all stars!

And to think, I could have just stayed in scoffing pizza. Lol

But it wouldn’t have given you the same sense of achievement lol

To be honest I always end up eating less on run days. 😊

There’s more than hope... there’s the fact that you will do this. You just went through the barrier to just running it’s a milestone and if you look at what’s to come you’ll see only some little steps up. You got this.

It's not all that bad Triolette, just take it slow and steady as they say here on this site, Flip_per said it was easier than he thought it would be, that must be encouraging news to you as well, good luck, it will be very interesting.
