OMG I've just done W5R3

Well after being woken by our cat meowing outside the bedroom window at 4.45 I got up to let her in sat for a minute and thought might as well go and do the last run of this week so at 4.55 started my five minute walk the 20 minute run felt daunting but when Laura said it's time I switched in to auto mode and went for after the first 10 mins + the 5 minute walk I had completed 1 lap and covered just over a mile and felt reasonably ok just the other 10 mins to go so dug deep and went for it was all set for the 1 minute to go so I finish with a flourish but got a 2 minute to go and then it was all over. i still can't believe I managed 20 minutes but it shows the programme works as long as you believe in yourself and if you don't the marvellous support everybody gives each other will get you through.

Well done you. Your run sounds remarkably similar to mine this morning, except that I was a bit later than normal setting off. See you in week 6.

Lol! No I don't think I'd have been happy being woken at that time!

Perhaps your cat is one of us pushing you out the door (spurring you on) 😆

It's either that or she has no sense of time so I will go for the former.

Ha ha ! :-D Love it !

Sounds like you've got your own personal trainer and motivator there with your cat !

Well done, Week 5 Run is a toughie no mistake and mental strength is definitely the key to this one.

You passed with flying colours , great stuff ! :-) xxx

What is it with pets! They are awake so we must be too! Still, get the session out of the way and the rest of the day looms large.

Have a good one !
