OMG......when I looked at saw run for 20 mins I about died! But I took a slow pace & managed it no problem! Well chuffed with myself. I thought if I’ve managed 20 mins I know now that I can run the 30 mins 🏃‍♀️😁

You took the advice of running slow and steady, congratulations for completing run 3 of week 5, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃.

Yeah but if I can run the full 20 mins why put you back to less time & walks in between?

It’s because the intervals of fast walking are also building you up I think. W6R3 is also quite a shock x

It’s really good to allow your body to consolidate so that you’ll be better placed for the way the ante gets upped in the next couple of weeks. Have faith!

I too completed W5R3 this morning but found the last 5 minutes hard on both my legs and breathing. But I am only able to run once a week at present so that may have been some of the problem. I ran on roads today and plan to go back to off road route for the interval runs of week 6. Good luck for next week

Well done, Gillian...I've just completed W5R2 about an hour ago, so my W5R3 will be on Tuesday morning and I think I'm looking forward to it, honest.

Well done! That’s a real milestone run. Just keep going and you’ve got graduation in the bag.

Perfect running... and yes, that’s the run that proves that you can. Stay nice and slow as you enjoy week 6
