Really hadn't been sure about the step up to 20 mins but, as you fellow bloggers keep reminding me, the programme hasn't let me down yet. And you were right. I thought the 10 to 15 minute bit was really hard going but started to enjoy (well almost!) the last 5 mins. I did cheat a bit by changing my route to avoid the second 10 mins being entirely uphill. The downside of that was I had to do a 15 min cool down walk to get home. To make up for the long walk home, I bought a Toffee Crisp bar on the way back with a pound I found in my pocket and savoured every morsel.
