Glad you lot are here to share this with. My friends all think I'm mad!
I did W5R3 this evening. I almost left it too late. I set off at 21:20 a little worried about it getting dark before I got back. It was lovely with a cool breeze. I'd decided if it got too hard and I didn't make 20 mins it would be a practice run and I'd have another go in a couple of days. I set off too fast because there was NO knee pain. What a feeling of wellness! Once I started finding it difficult to do 4 paces to a breath I slowed down. I carried on for a bit after the half way bell so my cool down walk would be a bit longer on the way back as I'm sure that helped my knee last time. 5 mins was ok, 10 not bad, 15 and breathing was going to pot so I did 3 paces to a breath. When it got to last 2 mins I thought I'd speed up again, then decided I was mad so went back to the previous pace because I didn't want to not finish the 20 mins because I'd been over optimistic. At 20 mins I felt I could have pushed it further if Laura told me too, but was mighty glad she didn't.
The app works. You really can do it. And it was still easier than the first week!

Well done Baddie, that's a milestone run! I have been going out at that time too just to avoid the heat as my work schedule doesn't allow me to get out in the morning unless I get up at ridiculous o'clock but have to admit by 9:30 at night I'm really flagging from the day. Yes you're right the programme does work. You're half way there!
Nice one, Baddie. You totally rocked that run 👍👍 Great stuff, you've got through the big one so there's no doubt you'll get through the rest of the programme no worries. Happy running!
