Graduated!

As some of you know today Should have been a combination graduation and first competitive 5k, the race was cancelled earlier because of Hurricane Flo, turned out it missed us so I ran graduation and extended to 5k, pace was 10’39” not bad for a 58 year old that hasn’t run any distance for 36 years! Cheers everyone and those of you just starting, if I can do it you can do it- enjoy! BTW they gave us the T shirt and medal anyway!
