😁😁I have finally achieved what I set out to do, run for 30 mins 😁😁 (in fact as it was my graduation and I felt comfortable, I did 5k in 38 mins, no stopping, don’t tell anyone though 🤐) thank you to all who advised and supported my journey, I am so chuffed 😁😁 weekend to rest then plan is to consolidate my learning 😂😁
