Woohoo I did it and even managed to speed up for last 5 mins. I loved it. For those worrying about this run, if you coped with run 2 of week 5, trust the program - you WILL be able to do it!

Yes it did 😊😊. As I said on your own post either see how runs 1 and 2 go and make decision then or decide now to repeat week 4. Once I had done runs 1 and 2 successfully I figured run 3 wasn’t so different except it was solid running rather than 2 x 8 mins interspersed with a very brisk 5 min walk. In my mind I did not describe this as a recovery walk but as continued brisk exercise and the bonus is you will actually be doing 60 seconds less exercise in run no 3. The strategy really helped me.
