Week 5 run 3

I did it and so can you! This has been a real mental block for me ever since I knew I had to run for 20 min non stop.. so much so that I did run 2 twice 🙈 but this morning I got my head in the game and there you go I made it.. I am not an active person at all and this is the second time I am attempting the couch to 5 k but this is by far the longest run I have done to date! So for anyone who is battling or getting demotivated YOU CAN DO IT TOO!

You will be absolutely fine too, slow and steady is the way to go.

Good luck, and let us all know how you get on.

Absolutely brilliant, well done 👍👍

This is a fantastic run to get 'under your belt' and for me it gave me the confidence in myself and especially in the programme to really kick on from there.

Since that run, less than two months ago, I've not looked back at all.

Well done again, and happy running.

Just done this run myself this morning. It’s surprising and impressive how the program brings you here in just 5 weeks and the feeling upon completing those 20 minutes is pretty good.
