Just want to say a big thanks for all the advice and support. I DID IT๐. Definitely not easy but not as tortuous as I thought. Bring on week 6.
Week 5 Run 3: Just want to say a big thanks for... - Couch to 5K
Week 5 Run 3
Well done Gracie! Roll on week 6!
If it was easy youโd be caught up in a stampede of runners every time you stepped on a pavement! Yeah itโs hard work... but youโre so much tougher than the run, and thats why you stand here victorious... great job.
Oh well done : )
It's a great feeling when you do that one : ) especially if you doubted it
Over halfway now, on to week 6
Excellent stuff Gracie - onwards and uowards
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 Gracie1071, that is a milestone run with C25K. ๐ ๐
Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ๐ ๐
Congrats. I completed the same one today.
Well done you!
Slow and steady as you move on.... you are doing just fine
Great job, loving all the w5r3 passes this week, gives a real sense that loads of other people are bashing their heads against the same wall as me!
Well done! It's really a mental battle, that run, and you've done it! Just be careful with week 6, especially run 1. I was well warned by reading the posts on here, but still went into it thinking it would be easier. It wasn't. But what got me through - and will get you through if you need it - is knowing that you are strong enough for it, both mentally and physically. For now, enjoy that amazing feeling that you can run for 20.minutes!
Well done, once again the thinking can be overcome, confidence improves, we grow stronger ๐
Lol, it's never easy but your faith in your own abilities increases and when you know you can do it if you try there are no excuses ๐...Well done Gracie1071, wonderful job ๐๐
