Just want to say a big thanks for all the advice and support. I DID IT๐Ÿ˜. Definitely not easy but not as tortuous as I thought. Bring on week 6.

If it was easy youโ€™d be caught up in a stampede of runners every time you stepped on a pavement! Yeah itโ€™s hard work... but youโ€™re so much tougher than the run, and thats why you stand here victorious... great job.

Oh well done : )

It's a great feeling when you do that one : ) especially if you doubted it

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 Gracie1071, that is a milestone run with C25K. ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿƒ

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ๐Ÿƒ ๐Ÿ˜Š

Great job, loving all the w5r3 passes this week, gives a real sense that loads of other people are bashing their heads against the same wall as me!

Well done! It's really a mental battle, that run, and you've done it! Just be careful with week 6, especially run 1. I was well warned by reading the posts on here, but still went into it thinking it would be easier. It wasn't. But what got me through - and will get you through if you need it - is knowing that you are strong enough for it, both mentally and physically. For now, enjoy that amazing feeling that you can run for 20.minutes!
