Well I'm on week 8 run3 my last 2 runs have been awful really bad stitch feeling sick and just felt like someone was squeezing all of my ribcage so I've been stopping halfway and walking a bit . I've had a week off as I've spent it having a family time days out etc today I decided new route and just take a very gentle snail pace jog and see how I get on well it was the best yet I carried on yes I know I should stick to plan but was really enjoying myself and covered 5k in just over 33 minutes this was the boost I needed now back to plan on my next run ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Just close this out now... donโ€™t go for 6k or anything stupid like that... graduate and then start slowly extending it if you want to.

Only 3 to go until graduation. The new route has worked wonders. Thatโ€™s a great run - very good stats. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Well done! Yep sometimes itโ€™s teally easy and and sometimes itโ€™s just not. I agree with you about our local Park run too its all hills!! Iโ€™m

Not good going up them or down them, I tried to build it up to the hills but hurt my knee so Iโ€™m

Back on the treadmill to try and sort out my gait a bit. Slowly slowly eh. Sounds like youโ€™re doing well 5k in 33 mins is pretty quick ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

I was advised to start off doing the park run route the opposite way to build up so may try that at some point after I graduate before attempting it for real .

Hope your knee feels good again soon and your back out in the fresh air again .
