WEEK 9 RUN 3 completed!!

On Sunday I completed week 9 run 3 and I felt like I smashed it! I'm so very pleased with myself. So many times I have started an exercise regime and then let it go but this time I've stuck with it and really enjoyed it. I took a week off after week 3 to go on holiday in early July and I've repeated a couple of runs around week 7 but I've kept going and I feel wonderful for it. I feel more energised, more motivated and generally happier as well. I didn't expect it but running is the most enjoyable exercise I've done :)

Although I haven't posted much I've read the posts on here every day and the information has been invaluable in reassuring me and keeping me sticking to the plan. Its quite unbelievable how my fitness levels have improved. During week one I was struggling to run for a minute but on Sunday when I got to 30 minutes I kept going and did another 3 minutes. 33 minutes!! me!! I can't believe it. I fully intend to keep running now, its become a part of my life. Thank you to everyone who posts on here and responds to questions, I don't think I would have kept going without it. It was the reassurance that the plan works that really made the difference :)

Congratulation!! Amazing achievement. ..... it’s magic C25K ...it just changes you. Get yourself to a park run soon, you don’t have to do the 5k running ....I did my first after couch and ran with β€œLaura” until 30 then walked the rest. Well done again.
