After a long time without even leaving the house; I decided it was time to get back onto the NHS 12 week plan, but this time to do it with C25K 😬
I was so nervous and I tried the first one on Saturday. I made it half way through before I had to stop. I was proud of what I did do though, I enjoyed it and was determined to do more.
So yesterday I tried again and I completed the first run! This is me in tears as I’d just been told I’d done it!
I woke up today so proud; so excited to go again; but as it’s a rest day, I just walked on the treadmill for 25 mins instead.
Feeling so ‘pumped’ to be on this journey now 🥰

Well done! I assume you're doing it indoors on a treadmill?
When you get a little more confident (and it's stopped raining so much) you might like to try doing some of the running outside too? Maybe when you've reached week 3?
Wow Karismummy get in and well done. To be honest I am a little jealous of your position as I remember the wonderful feeling of completing those early runs. There are more of these moments around the corner for you, enjoy and embrace everyone of them for the journey you are on. Maybe no more crying though lol.
Bravo for making the decision to try and even more so for following through. Doesn’t it feel amazing when you finish and you’ve done something you previously thought you’d never do. So ‘bravo’ again and keep going - it’s yours for the taking 😊👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
