First 5k run

Well. Who’d have thought it!!! Me running. Well this weekend I did my first 5k after following the program. I am so pleased. Please everyone keep going. It’s taken me longer than the 9 weeks but done it. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Love running now cx
