First 5k run!

Hi all

Graduated a couple of weeks back and am now consolidating. Think I ran 5k last Tuesday but had a technical hitch so wasn’t sure even though it felt as though I was running for years and years so must have hit 5k.

Well today, there were no technical hitches and I have my first recorded 5k run along the beach front (actually 5.1k) in 40.00 mins.

Very pleased with myself. Just need to support my sister in W9 and my son to start W1R1.
