W2R1 - Not bad!

Did the first run for week 2 this morning. I ran a little slower because I wasn't sure how quickly I get tired but it wasn't too bad! I was surprised the breaks were longer. All in all, it went well!

Brilliant Zee, and good for you for taking it slow. You’re building up strength and stamina at this stage and speed is irrelevant. 😀

Thank you cheekychipmunks! I honestly am! I bought a really great set of noise cancelling headphones and it just makes the experience that much better!
