After the euphoria of having got through W1, reality hit me in the face. I completed it but I had to muster all my willpower to get through it. Very happy I did, though. R2 will be "interesting".

Week 2 is awesome. It's a continuation of what you've been doing. Your just setting a solid foundation for the weeks ahead. It may seem daunting, but you'll see a lot of us saying 'take it slow, Rome wasn't built in a day' and telling you you can do it.
Trust us. We all felt the same.

I did week 2 run1 today. Was not as bad as I thought. Gave up fags yesterday and started vaping so can actually breathe and run. Looking forward to run 2
