That really wasn't too terrible. Took a 40 min walk with the dogs first and it started raining so debated whether to go straight out but decided to whilst I was in the right mindset. Got soaked through and wouldn't say I loved it but there were definitely parts I enjoyed. First few runs I could have kept going but then struggled toward the end so think I might have been over enthusiastic to start. But I did it and have another one in the bag. The right music really helps too!

Well done on you wet run 🏃♀️ another one ticked off I like running in the rain lol you get wet with sweat anyway lol but make sure you have your rest days they are important and plenty of water 👍
Good job 😊
I do the same if I run after work - take the dog 🐶 for a walk to warm up first, then straight out for a run, it works well 😊
And I have discovered while doing c25k that I like running in the rain - just as well with the weather we've had 😂
Well done for getting that run done, another one in the bag, that means, yep only 23 runs and then you're there good job 👍👍
I think the adrenaline makes us a bit erratic at first, then once that settles you find a comfortable place.
Well done though, keep it up
Ah Sarah, you are made of stronger stuff than me. Having got soaked through on my morning dog walk I opted to NOT go for my run, and I'm still waiting for a break in the weather. It doesn't have to stop raining completely, just not so blinking hard! So hats off to you for completeing both a soggy walk and a soggy run!
