Hi,

I once completed the whole program, that was 2 years ago, I did some SteppingStone podcasts, then stopped running for a while, but kept running intermittently.

I'm excited again that I'm going through the program as if it's my first time doing it, I love listening to Laura :) it brings good memories.

When I did the program two years ago this forum was so helpful, I got a lot of advice and courage from you people. So thank you all.

What fun and welcome back! I’m a recent graduate, but one day I’d love to go back through the programme, maybe faster/slower running rather than running/walking, as I must admit I do miss MJ!

Happy running! 😀😀

He used to have an app called motiv8, but it’s not in the UK App Store at the moment.

Welcome back.... it is great to repeat the plan.

Many of us have repeated all and bits of it too..me included. No pressure..knowing what is coming..and relaxing into the runs.

You know you can do it:)

Enjoy and maybe keep posting too. it will give lots of advice to the newcomers!

How did you find coming back I did it 5 years ago stopped when finished and didn't exercise at all until two months ago , I had put on a lot of weight and was very unfit but surprised to find that I found up to week 5 actually quite easy to complete. They do say once you can run 5k you never loose it...looks like they might be right.

Not what you're looking for?
