Did C25K four years ago, then got prostate cancer and got out of the running habit. Now recovered and starting again. What's good about doing it again is a bit like Harry conjuring a Patronus - “I knew I could do it this time, because I’d already done it" So, if you're a C25K repeater, take heart! W4 onwards steps you up considerably, but it was a glorious morning this morning.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... even if you have done it before.

Enjoy your journey.

I am in awe of everyone that survives cancer and comes out fighting (my dad did the same).

I think my gremlins would be sitting there with their feet up, blocking the door, saying we just survived cancer, give us a break, we don't need to run too !

Sincere kudos and good luck with your running
