Just finished week 6, run 3.

Second time round on the podcast. Was definitely challenging but I did it.

Knees creaking a little bit and breathing went a bit off in second quarter but regulated that with a bit of concentration.

The bad thing about doing this a second time is I know what's coming: Week 7 is one cruel mistress. Wish me luck

I must have spent the last 10 minutes about to give up.

Good luck to the both of you!! It’s the same run for the next week!! I’m a week head of you, i managed to have my best run in the third one. You can do it!

I am on w7r3 and still going strong. 25 min run seemed impossible 6 weeks ago. Not sure what I will do once I get to the end - how will I cope without Laura?

Your doing your best and getting results. Isn’t amazing that you are aware of those things which you need to work on, such as breathing, pace and self talk. Thanks for sharing as I’m about to start week 6. Cheers again.

I had a horrible week 6 but I’m now two runs into week 7. Somehow the program works. My last run I remember thinking it was as if my body feels more like it knows what it’s doing. Good luck. You can do it! 😊
