Completed week 6

After a couple of set backs this week and therefore not being able to run on the days I normally do, I’ve finally completed week 6. I found the last run hard but I’m proud I didn’t give up and completed it. Who would have thought 6 weeks ago I could run for 25 mins without stopping.

It’s a bit daunting that there are not more runs with walking breaks now but if I’ve got this far I feel as though I can do it. Fingers crossed!!

Congratulations, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER by completing run 3 of week 6, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs 🏃 😊 👍

Congratulations! It's such an amazing achievement!

The lack of walk breaks is a bit daunting but I'm sure it must get easier as we go on through the program.....i can't fault it so far as just over 6 weeks ago I struggled with 60s!

You are doing brilliantly! Don't be daunted by the lack of intervals, just think that you only have to tackle one run, rather than two each time!
