I realised today that I don't get into my running rhythm until 15-20 mins and when Jo whiley came in over my podcast today with only 5 mins left I thought oh!! I'm just getting comfortable now!!!
Any tips as to how I can get into my rhythm more quicker peeps? Or does everyone have their own rhythm and maybe I shouldnt worry about it? When I say getting comfortable with the run I mean not thinking about the running and just letting my mind wander. I am listening to either podcast or music . With my warm up and cool down added on to my run my app says I did 4.5k today Am a slow runner 🐌
