Laura says at 5 mins you should be starting to feel like you are in a comfortable stride but for me it takes at least 8 minutes. Anyone else take a while to actually feel they are not dying, legs aren’t like lead and basically looking for any excuse to stop! I’ll be running 🏃🏼♀️ W8R2 tomorrow
I haven’t stopped in the journey so far, but W7 onwards has definitely made my mindset change. I don’t know if it’s because I’m running longer and my brain is putting in obstacles to make me want to stop 🛑
After a point in my run where I see the same tree branch that’s about 8 mins in, I start to run more naturally. Is it my brain or body? 🤯
I have got to say though today I came home feeling a lot better than I did after W7R3. Our brains have a lot to answer for don’t they!
I need to be positive. I can do this. I AM DOING THIS!
