Unlike Jancanrun I set off a tad too fast today (well for me). Once I started running the uphill bits I soon realised and slowed down to a more comfortable pace. All I can say is that it doesn't really get much (if any) easier but I am running further and getting fitter. I didn't think I could do the extra 3 minutes but then I never think I can do the extra running any week. I can't believe I am now on week 8 - Whoop whoop!
