Hi all

I am new to this forum. Just finished my 3rd run today for week 1. In my early 60s and not done any running since my teens so I am quite chuffed as I didn't think I would finish but I did and dare I say actually enjoyed it! Not sure how I will get on with Week 2 but after reading so many positive posts on here, I will give it my best shot!

You've made a great start! I am 61, not run for decades, and have just "graduated", so if I can do it, I'm sure you can! Trust in the programme, which is really well designed to increase your stamina and running legs. Best of luck and keep posting! 😀👍

Well done, keep it up. I started in January at the age of 66, never having run in my life before, and i have just graduated. It becomes quite addictive!
